Born in Connecticut & raised in the Carolinas, I'm currently a New York City based actor. Growing up, I was that energetic kid who tried everything at least once, even if it meant running from soccer practice to dress rehearsal. As an actor first-&-foremost, I was drawn to acting because the power of storytelling to connect people &, simply, it was fun.

At the University of North Carolina at Greensboro, the Bachelor of Arts degree gave me the freedom to study a range of techniques from Meisner to sense memory to acting for the camera. At the Lir National Academy of Dramatic Art at Trinity College, Dublin, Ireland I immersed myself in conservatory training while gaining an appreciation for the global industry.  After graduating magna cum laude, I moved to New York City & connected with Phoenix Theatre Ensemble, introducing me to the city’s theatre world.  I continued my studies at the Stella Adler Studio of Acting & began volunteering with their Outside/In acting company, part of the studio's Outreach Division's re-entry program. Through my creative community, Make/Shift  , I began my journey as a writer while coordinating their social media.

I identify as she/her/hers, a runner, & a BeyHive member (Beyonce fan). When not acting, you can find me struggling with my Fantasy Football team, dancing at a silent disco, or pouring beer at various NYC breweries.
